Career Pathways Connections Manager

Kojuan “Ko” Trinidad-Williams – He/They – is a Career Pathways Connection (CPC) Manager. They support the TIP (The Intern Project) and CPC initiatives at LA Promise Fund.

Williams has over a decade of experience creating and leading college access, persistence, and career readiness initiatives in P-20 public, private, charter, for-profit, and nonprofit education sectors. Their peace and prosperity stems from proactively supporting, building relationships, and empowering students along their education and career journey. They are equally committed to utilizing holistic approaches when building trust and accountability with students and their families. Their lived and professional experiences have afforded them the privileges to design programs and initiatives that promote college access, persistence, and career attainment for a diverse body of students.

Williams is a first-generation college graduate from Compton, CA. A graduate of Manuel Dominguez High School, they hold a B.A. Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. They studied Spanish at The University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina. They also hold an M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of San Francisco and a Diversity and Equity in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.

Williams enjoys working out, being in nature whether it’s hiking or at the beach, and trying new desserts and restaurants. They love traveling and hope to travel abroad at least twice a year.
