Gino Rodriguez, he/his

Career Pathway Connections Manager

Gino Rodriguez is a Career Pathway Connection Manager. He helps oversee The Intern Project (TIP) as well as the Career Pathway Connection (CPC) program. He assists students with career development and promotes college readiness.

Prior to LAPF, Gino was a Police Officer where he protected and served the community he grew up in. He also has experience working with high school students as a mentor where he would assist students with course work and motivate them to strive for a college education.

Gino graduated with a Bachelors’ degree in Criminal Justice from Cal State Los Angeles. He plans to further his education by pursuing a Masters’ degree in Education.

Gino enjoys reading Greek and Roman mythology books. The most recent book he read was written by Valerio Manfredi called Alexander: Child of a Dream. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, volunteering for Relay for Life, hanging out with friends and family, and going to the beach.
