Director of Programs
Rhea Triñanes leads the strategic development and programmatic efforts for Girls Build and The Intern Project.
Prior to joining the team, Triñanes worked at Jumpstart For Young Children, where she helped develop and execute end-to-end programming through community engagement projects, as well as support development efforts that directly benefited underserved communities in CA.
Triñanes holds a Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child & Adolescent Development and a minor in Family & Consumer Sciences from Cal State Northridge.
In her spare time, she trains for Muay Thai, enjoys baking, photography, and traveling.
