The Intern Project

The Intern Project

Research shows that 95% of students who engage in work-based learning go on to attend college and earn a degree. Exposure to a dynamic industry can be a game-changing experience for a student.

The Intern Project (TIP) places high school students from across LA County in paid internships with dynamic employers, giving them an opportunity to grow and build connections, and for businesses to build a diverse pipeline of future talent and invest in and generate social impact.
