Lesly Bollo

After School Program Aide

Lesly serves as the After School Program Aide where she supports the after-school programs at LA Promise Fund charter and partnership schools.  Lesly previously worked as an After School Youth Leader at Youth Policy Institute.  Lesly is passionate about serving youth from underserved communities and shaping them into community leaders.

Lesly graduate from UCLA in 2018 with a Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology and a minor in Chicano Studies.  During her time at UCLA, she volunteered with Medlife in Peru where she worked with a mobile clinic, providing basic free healthcare to underserved communities.  She is proud to be the first in her family to graduate from college.

During her free time, she enjoys road trips, staying active and cooking.  Her favorite books are And the Mountains Echoed, by Khaled Hosseini and The Power, by Naomi Alderman.
