School2Home Parent Training Coordinator

The Parent Training Coordinator will be heavily involved in the School2Home program that engages parents in a series of technology workshops and other LA Promise Fund Promise Parent initiatives like engaging parents to build capacity and best support their child’s academic success. more info

LAPCMS#1 Science Teacher

At the LA Promise Charter Middle School, the science teacher will align planning to the Common Core Standards and student assessment, using data-driven techniques to set ambitious goals for scholars.  Through interdisciplinary Project-Based Learning, the science teacher position will integrate this framework with common core concepts to explore research in the various areas of science.  more info

Associate Director of Arts, Media & Entertainment Pathway

LA Promise Fund is a recipient of the Slate-Z Stronger Workforce Pathway Connections grant.  This position is a product of this 30-month grant to strengthen connections between South LA network high schools, local Community Colleges and the business sector to ensure more students are exposed, prepared and pursue jobs in Digital Media, Healthcare, Business & Finance and Construction.  The Assoc Director would serve as a pathway expert in their respective field, as a primary liaison with high school partners and the CTE offices, coordinating work-based learning opportunities in digital media arts.  more info

Associate Director of Health, Science and Medical Technology Pathway

LA Promise Fund is a recipient of the Slate-Z Stronger Workforce Pathway Connections grant.   The Assoc Director would serve as a pathway expert in their respective field, as a primary liaison with high school partners and the CTE offices, coordinating work-based learning opportunities in health, science and medical tech pathways.  In conjunction with LATTC, this position will develop curriculum across K12 institutions, and community college partners, to adapt with  the health industry’s demanding changes.  more info

Associate Director of Business & Finance, Building & Construction Pathway

LA Promise Fund is a recipient of the Slate-Z Stronger Workforce Pathway Connections grant.   The Assoc Director would serve as a pathway expert in their respective field, as a primary liaison with high school partners and the CTE offices, coordinating work-based learning opportunities in finance, business, building and construction. The CTE CA Credential is required, so applicant must have ability to earn California certification.  more info
