Associate Director, Career Pathway Connections

Thanks to a 30-month Strong Workforce Pathway Connections grant LA Promise Fund’s Career Pathway Connections team is strengthening the network between South LA high schools, local community colleges, and the business sector to promote careers in Arts, Visual Media, and Entertainment.  This position will oversee administrative, logistical, programmatic, and communication tasks within the Russell Westbrook Why Not Academy, with a particular focus in college and career readiness starting at the 7th-grade level.  At least 2 years of school experience, preferably within K-12 LA schools. more info

Technology Manager

Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology, the Technology Manager serves a mid-level member of the technology team and helps ensure that technology is functioning at all of our school sites and LAPF headquarter offices. School Psychologist Intern, Russell Westbrook Why Not? Academy

Russell Westbrook Why Not? Middle and High Schools advance a college-prep culture and integrated digital media arts-themed education, with significant parent engagement, socio-emotional supports, and leadership development.  Under the supervision of the School Psychologist, this unpaid internship will involve supporting the psycho-educational evaluations for RWWNHS and RWWNMS.  Some duties include, but are not limited to, records review, parent interview support, testing, pupil observations, and corresponding write-ups.  (2) letters of recommendation required.  more info

Director of Arts Programs

 LA Promise Fund’s ArtsMatter program provides support in arts education, arts integration practices and implements Media Arts learning programs across South LA schools.  The Director position will lead efforts to improve and systemize curricular implementation at school sites, lead the ArtsMatter team, oversee program strategy/implementation and expand learning opportunities for students.  This is a full-time, exempt, grant-funded position through 9/30/26. more info
