Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors, the Chief Advancement Officer will lead the agency’s annual fundraising efforts as well as plan development efforts in two and five-year intervals. S/he/they will develop, manage and refine LA Promise Fund’s multi-pronged fund development strategy that includes local and national foundations, corporations, individual giving and public development efforts as well as special events. more info
Under the Slate-Z Stronger Workforce Pathway Connections grant, the Data & Analytics Manager will ensure all administrators and teachers within the South LA network (high schools, local community colleges and business sectors) become data-informed practitioners. As part of the Network for School Improvement staff, the D&A manager will create professional development data-informed practices to developing school-level dashboards and administer surveys of stakeholders to assess program effectiveness. more info
The Chief Program Officer (CPO) will lead LA Promise Fund’s student, family, health and college access programs, which are executed and delivered on each LA Promise Fund campus and county-wide. The CPO will oversee design, execution, evaluation and program improvement of all wrap around services with the purpose of creating health initiatives, growing community & stakeholder involvement, building student leadership through extracurricular activities, increasing parent engagement that fosters greater student academic success, ensuring increased access to college and promoting career readiness. more info
This valuable internship with the Communications and Development departments will offer the freedom to create meaningful social media and company website content, research and network with potential stakeholders and develop editing/writing skills. Experience with iMovie, Photoshop and Adobe InDesign is preferred. This internship requires 5 – 10 hours per week. more info
