Rhea Triñanes leads the strategic development and programmatic efforts for county-wide programs: Girls Build and The Intern Project.
Prior to joining the team, Triñanes worked at Jumpstart For Young Children, where she helped develop and execute end-to-end programming through community engagement projects, as well as support development efforts that directly benefited underserved communities in CA.
Triñanes received her Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship at USC Marshall School of Business and Bachelor’s Degree in Child & Adolescent Development and a minor in Family & Consumer Sciences from Cal State Northridge.
