Associate Director of Programs
Rhea Triñanes works to support the development of new initiatives and delivery of county-wide programs for LA Promise Fund.
In this role, Triñanes oversees the recruitment and placement of students into summer work based learning experiences through The Intern Project, as well as supporting the full portfolio of county programs like, Girls Build LA.
Prior to joining the team, Triñanes worked at Jumpstart For Young Children, where she helped develop and execute end-to-end programming through community engagement projects, as well as support development efforts that directly benefited underserved communities in CA.
Triñanes received her Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship at USC Marshall School of Business and Bachelor’s Degree in Child & Adolescent Development and a minor in Family & Consumer Sciences from Cal State Northridge.
